Lodi City Council Member Shak Khan, District 4
Council Member Shak Khan moved to Lodi when he was 5 years old. He grew up in Lodi and attended school in Lodi, graduating from Lodi High School. After high school, Shak attended Delta College and Lodi Technical Academy where he trained to become a Certified Medical Assistant.
In 2012, Shak became an intelligence contractor for the US Army serving overseas. Upon returning from overseas, Shak became an entrepreneur and started a business in the Lodi area. His successes as a businessman allowed him to purchase the historic building at 104 E. Lodi Ave, where The Roundhouse Tavern was located. He plans to bring the building back to life as a restaurant/bar employing locals, serving local wine, beer, and food.
Council Member Khan, his wife, and three children live in the heart of East Lodi.
