Lodi City Council District 4

November of 2020, was the first-ever district election for Lodi’s newly-drawn Fourth City Council District, whose northern boundary is Lockeford Street, with Sacramento Street as the western border, Cherokee Lane to the east, and the southern edge is Kettleman Lane. In his first run for political office in November of 2020, Council Member Shak Khan received almost forty percent of the vote in a four-candidate field that including a four-term incumbent, who Shak defeated by almost 20%.
